Job Title

SENIOR MANAGER, RISK MANAGEMENT

Requirements

  •  University degree
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience gained in insurance company, bank or financial institution
  • Exposure in risk management framework refinement and regular risk assessment exercises
  • Knowledge on Own Risk and Solvency Assessment and Risk Appetite Statement
  • Developed business acumen and hand-on data analytic
  • Attention to detail, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills; capable to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Good knowledge of PC skills and computer programming
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Duties

  • To assist in accomplishing the divisional goals and objectives, overseeing the performance of the Division and ensure quality outputs are delivered
  •  To plan and assist in strategies’ implementation related to enterprise risk management, business analytics, corporate governance, compliance control and quality management, and ensure they are in line with the corporate objectives  
  •  Ensure readiness of data and infrastructure for speedy and insightful analytics; maintain a robust framework for business intelligent and assist in relevant knowledge transfer
  • Ensure risk management tools are timely developed and delivered
  • Drive the risk-based decision and assist to incubate the risk awareness culture
  • Undertake such duties as may be assigned from time to time

     

Remuneration and Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Contributory provident fund scheme, medical benefits and annual leave will be offered.
