According to the report released by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japanese retail sales rose by 1.7% in February 2020 compared with the same period last year. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, retail sales rose by 0.6% compared with January 2020.
According to The Office for National Statistics of UK, GDP grew by 1.1% year-one-year in Q4 2019. On a quarter by quarter basis, the GDP was flat in Q4 2019.
According to Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, Japanese unemployment rate, seasonally adjusted, was 2.4% in February 2020. The number of unemployed persons was 1.59 million, an increase of 30,000 from the previous year.
According to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the unemployment rate of Germany was 3.2% in February 2020. The number of unemployed persons was 1.40 million in the same period.
According to Ministry of Finance of Japan, Japan's exports fell by 2.6% in January 2020 over a year earlier, imports decreased by 3.6%. Japan's merchandise trade deficit was 1,315.1 billion yen in January 2020.

According to Office for National Statistics (ONS), UK retail sales was flat year-on-year in February 2020 and decreased 0.3% from the previous month.

According to the UK National Statistics Office, UK's CPI rose 1.7 year-on-year in February 2020, down from 1.8% in January 2019.
According to Australian Bureau of Statistics, seasonally adjusted, Australia’s unemployment rate was 5.1% in February 2020. The number of unemployed persons decreased by 26,400 to 699,100 in the same month.
According to Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the consumer price index (CPI) for Japan in February 2020 was 102.0 up 0.4% compared with February 2019 and fell 0.1 compared with January 2020.
According to Eurostat, the euro area had a trade surplus of €1.3 bn in January 2020, compared with the trade surplus of €0.6 bn in January 2019. In January 2020, EU recorded a trade deficit of €2.6 bn, compared with trade deficit of €3.4 bn in January 2019.
According to the Eurostat, Euro area annual inflation was 1.2 in February 2020, down from 1.4% in January 2020. EU annual inflation was 1.6% in February 2020, down from 1.7% in January 2020.
According to Ministry of Finance of Japan, Japan's exports fell by 6.3% in December 2019 over a year earlier, imports decreased by 4.8%. Japan's merchandise trade deficit was 159.1 billion yen in December 2019.
According to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the consumer price index for Germany in February 2020 was up by 1.7% year-on-year. Compared to January 2020, the consumer price index rose by 0.4% in February 2020.
 According to UK National Statistics Office, UK's trade surplus on goods and services was estimated at £4.2 billion in January 2020. Export values decreased by 2.8% and import values increased by 0.5% compared with December 2019.
According to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), Germany's exports decreased by 2.1% in January 2020 year on year, while imports decreased by 1.8%. Upon calendar and seasonal adjustment, January’s exports fell by 0.0% month on month while imports rose by 0.5%. Trade surplus reached EUR18.5 billion in January 2020.
