We are committed to provide customer-oriented and professional services in support of Hong Kong export trade through upholding the principles of Total Quality Management and fulfilling legal and customer requirements.

There will be concerted participation by all levels of staff in ensuring high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery and in establishing among our customers, the Hong Kong exporters, a reputation for excellence, value for money and timely innovation.

The comprehensive quality objectives which permeate all activities of the Corporation and staff involvement will be regularly reviewed and improved in light of our customers' current and potential requirements and satisfaction, both in terms of the range of our insurance cover and the standard of services provided.

The quality policy, implemented through a quality management system developed on the basis of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, is the responsibility of each staff member.
